Loose but still connected wires on ground at utility pole on Winter St Saugus. The pole is marked S3 over 54. Pole is at intersection of Winter and Nowell Streets. The wires do not to be dangerous but would certainly get pulled into the towns sidewalk snow blower going by. Please contact the utility company to have these wires removed. Could be Verizon...
