Tree is more than 50% dead. Large branches fall frequently most frequent occurrence (3/8/2017) caused damage to 2 poles on street , electric outage for more than 8 hours and internet/cable interruption for 5 days.Heavy auto traffic and number of children on block increases risk of injury and damage.
