All this is observable from Main St. Hooters cleaned a previous dumping issue and said they would self-police. Clean-up and prevention of further dumping would be great for the town, looks bad and is polluting the waterway below the lot, that the town spent thousands of dollars cleaning out. previous issue #142314.
