why has this not been acknowleged ?

This was called in to Wilmington Wiring on 12/21/11

light and fixture still missing. was torn down during hurricane Irerne. very dark area. lots of illegal dumping in this area, and pole #16 that is dark also.

light is functioning. 2/19/2012
