to the rear of Hooters (1143 Broadway) paking lot. trash is being dumped over the guardrail. The most recent was a living room couch. All this is observable from Main St. Can Hooters be held accountable for this. Clean-up and prevention of further dumping would be great for the town, looks bad.

This request was completed on 12/5/11. Hooters has been notified by the Health Agent, that they will have to clean up any mess thst is made in the future.
