Tons of speeding on street as this street is being used as a cut thru. Today a car with license plate 4BRX 71 was driving about 50 mph and passing cars on Whitney . This Street has many kids and easily could lead to a fatality . Please be on look out for speeding on this street as it is getting worse and worse by the day. Thank you
