In north Evanston, where the El tracks cross Isabella Street at street level, there are supposed to be security gates that open to let trains through and then immediately close. On of the gates on the north side of the street has been missing for weeks, maybe months. This is a dangerous situation, as lots of young children cross the tracks here every day.

The net on tennis court #2 in Leahy Park is sagging and needs to be raised. It looks to be several inches too low at its midpoint. Thank you.

The red overhead stoplight light on the west side of Ridge Avenue at Noyes Street (facing westbound traffic on Noyes) isn't working. The other colors -- yellow and green -- on the overhead fixture are working fine, as are all three lights on the post at the intersection's northwest corner.)

About four feet behind (east of) the water fountain in Langdon Park, water is coming up out of the ground. I assume the underground pipe to the water fountain has developed a leak.

There is a broken utility cover next to the sidewalk on the north side of Lincoln Street about 15-20 feet east of the bridge over the North Shore Channel. It is a hazard to pedestrians and runners, especially when it is hidden by fallen leaves. I reported it months ago and it still hasn't been fixed.
