    BALLARD SCHOOL PLAYGROUND The playground is dangerous and a disaster riddled with weeds, etc due to the total neglect by the Town. First the gate to enter is broken into pieces, very dangerous. Although no one goes much anymore due to the conditions, whatever apparatus there is not taken care of, the grounds covered in tall weeds and there was no barrel for trash until I brought one. This is an insult to the residents of East Saugus which is nothing new. There are nothing around here for kids and the one place not only does not have a swing or other standard play equipment but again it's an unsafe place for kids and an eyesore to the neighborhood Also as a former student at the Ballard, a great school so beloved it's an insult to the legacy to a great Saugus institution I ask that the playground be cleaned up, the gate fixed and if possible le add some needed play equipment for our kids.     The intersection of Dudley Street & Richard Street bear the Ballard School has numerous potholes, worn out pavement etc. The whole intersection from 11-17 Dudley Street needs a good effort paving not simply a crew to toss a few shovels of tar here and there and ramp it a few times with a shovel. East Saugus deserves and is need of some proper attention as evidenced at this location. I appreciate your attention to this matters. The residents in this neighborhood deserve it. Thank you.

    Sidewalk torn up months ago for work on Gas pipes months ago and still nothing done to repair it. It’s both ugly to the neighborhood and dangerous for pedestrians especially the elderly, handicapped and children as well. It needs to be repaired properly to restore both the safety of the sidewalk as well as appearance to our neighborhood.

    Incomplete - Inadequate plowing of Bates Street. Only one side of the street was done. The other side forgotten/neglected. Now one side pretty much pavement while the other side all ice & snow.
