2 concerns: 1) frequent use of ATVs operated by kids and young teens. Impede traffic flow, create noise disturbances. No safety equipment. 2) frequent speeding of vehicles, particularly in the evenings and late at night. Regular occurrences from one specific vehicle on weekends between 10-11pm. Requesting placement of rubber/temporary speed bumps or similar device to return street to one safe at all hours for pedestrians and vehicles, alike.
