Water in backyard doesn't drain, even going to our neighbor's backyard. Need the drain cleaned/rodded.

Hello, this is I think the 3rd time I've reported this specific corner in the last 3 years. it's on the south east corner of Oakton and Ridge Avenue. When it rains or there's snow melt the water will very quickly flood the drain and then run down the curb south on ridge. I've seen guys come out with big trucks and vacuums and do all sorts of things to this drain but it doesn't seem like it's fixing the problem... perhaps there's a larger issue somewhere in the drainage system? can someone please take a look and see both at the drain and further down the lines of there are any issues or cracks in the drain pipes. I would like to add that both our house and the house next to ours do get excessive water pumping through our sump lines during rainstorms even though we have proper drains and downspouts installed.

I understand that this may not be able to be addressed until spring.

my grass/curb has never been fixed since our street/curb have been replaced .This is a dangerous situation as i have hurt my foot/ankle numerous times... The dirt/grass should be level with the curb it is bad thru out my neighborhood. Please have my whole curb area filled in with dirt and grass to be level with the curb.

Cracked and broken driveway approach (apron) The curb at the approach is also very high Is this something VAH will repair?

Good morning VAH team,
This part of the side walk is substantially uneven ( surface elevation ), I am afraid someone could trip over it.
Is there a possibility to fix this?

Wondering when this will be finished? Weeds starting to grow and I won't be spending thousands like the last time the village decided to do work near my house! You laid Grub infested sod then refused to accept responsibility when the lawn died! It has taken me literally years to get the easement looking somewhat respectable again! t
